Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Products bought at https://musclegrid.in are dispatched and delivered across India.

1. Serviceable Locations

We ship across India to pincodes serviced by our courier partners. You can check serviceability for your pincode on the product page or at checkout. Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable, or may attract additional time or charges.

2. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation, subject to stock and verification. Typical delivery is 3–8 business days from dispatch depending on destination. All timelines are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, remote destinations or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping, where offered, applies only to serviceable standard-delivery locations and may exclude bulky items.

4. Risk and Title

Risk in the Product passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or to any person at that address who accepts the delivery). Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number; re-delivery or address correction due to incorrect details may attract additional charges.

5. Delivery Inspection and Transit Damage

Please inspect the package at delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered, either refuse the delivery or accept it and report the issue to us within 48 hours with a valid unboxing video (see the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy). Transit-damage claims without an unboxing video or reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails because you are unreachable, refuse acceptance without valid reason, or provide an incorrect address, the Product may be returned to us. Re-shipping may attract additional charges, and for prepaid Orders we may refund the Product value after deducting to-and-fro logistics costs.

7. Address Accuracy and Redelivery

Delivery is made to the address exactly as provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is complete — house/plot number, landmark, PIN code and a reachable phone number. Couriers attempt delivery a limited number of times and call the number on the consignment; parcels undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, unreachable phones or refusal are returned to origin ("RTO"). For RTO caused by address error or refusal without a valid reason, re-dispatch is subject to payment of fresh forward shipping, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

8. Heavy and Freight (LTL) Deliveries

Large items — high-capacity inverters, battery banks and heavy stabilizers — may ship by surface freight (LTL). Freight deliveries are made to the ground-floor delivery point accessible to the vehicle; carrying goods upstairs, into basements or across sites is not included unless expressly agreed. Someone must be present to receive, inspect and acknowledge delivery of freight consignments; demurrage or re-delivery charges levied by the carrier for unavailability may be passed on at actuals.

9. Delivery Estimates

All dispatch and delivery timelines communicated anywhere on the Website are good-faith estimates based on normal courier performance, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, regional restrictions, peak-season load and carrier operations can extend timelines. Delay within a reasonable period beyond an estimate does not by itself entitle cancellation of a dispatched Order or compensation. We actively track every consignment and intervene with carriers where movement stalls.

Group Entities — Uniform Application

MuscleGrid operates through a group of affiliated firms. This document is issued by MuscleGrid Industries Private Limited and applies uniformly across the MuscleGrid group — including, without limitation, MuscleGrid Industries (Gurgaon), SPV Industries, and Electronics Bay — wherever any of these firms manufactures, bills, fulfils or services your order.

Where your tax invoice, warranty card or shipment is issued by or through an affiliated group firm, references in these documents to “MuscleGrid”, “we”, “us” or “our” include that firm, and the same policies, terms and protections apply in full. The entity named on your tax invoice is your contracting party for that transaction; policy administration, warranty service and customer support remain centralized with MuscleGrid at [email protected].
