The Thunder Pro 48V 120Ah packs 5.8 kWh of LiFePO4 storage into a compact, laser-welded steel case — sized for 48V hybrid inverters running full-home loads: ACs, pumps, kitchen and lighting together. This is the battery we recommend most for 3–6.5 kW hybrid systems.
Inside are 15 prismatic A+-grade LiFePO4 cells managed by a JK Smart BMS with a 1-Ampere ACTIVE balancer — it doesn't just bleed off excess charge like ordinary BMSs, it actively moves energy between cells, keeping the pack matched year after year. The result is the rated 6000+ cycle life actually being achievable in the field. Every cell connection is laser-welded, not bolted — no loose busbars, high vibration resistance, no hotspots.
You see everything: the on-pack LCD screen shows state of charge, voltage, current and per-cell health, and the mobile app (Bluetooth) gives the same live picture from your phone — SOC, live per-cell voltages (3.20V nominal LiFePO4 cells), temperature, and every protection status.
