Inverter not switching to battery during power cut
Sourced from the official MuscleGrid manuals · updated 2026-08-13
If the inverter does not run on battery when mains goes off:
- Check the battery isolator/switch is ON.
- Check both battery terminals are tight and not loose or corroded.
- Check the DC fuse between battery and inverter.
- If the battery is very low it may need a few hours of charging first. If it still does not switch, the inverter changeover may be faulty — book a service visit.
