Accessories & Spare Parts — Sales, Shipping & DOA Policy

1. Nature, sourcing & certification

These accessories and spare parts are sourced from third-party manufacturers and sold under the MuscleGrid label — they are NOT manufactured by MuscleGrid. They are supplied as components for DIY, integration, repair and professional assembly, NOT as finished, certified consumer appliances, and are NOT BIS-certified by MuscleGrid. The buyer is responsible for correct and safe installation, and for any certification or compliance required in their own application or jurisdiction.

Accessories and spare parts are electrical/electronic components intended for use by informed buyers, installers and technicians. They are sold on an as-described basis and, unless a specific written warranty is stated on the product page, carry NO performance warranty beyond the dead-on-arrival (DOA) cover in clause 3.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to select the correct specification (voltage, capacity, connector type, compatibility). We are glad to help you choose before you order — but a correctly-supplied item that does not suit your build is not a defect.

2. Shipping — at actuals, paid by the buyer

Freight on accessories and spare parts is charged at actual cost and is payable by the buyer, shown at checkout or quoted before dispatch. Some items (for example lithium cells) are heavy or classed as dangerous goods and must ship by specific surface services, so delivery timelines vary accordingly.

3. Dead-on-arrival (DOA) & transit damage — 48-hour window

If an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not the item ordered, tell us within 48 HOURS of delivery at [email protected], with a clear unboxing photo or video that shows the outer packaging, the shipping label and the fault. This evidence is required so we can raise a claim with the courier.

On a verified DOA, transit-damage or wrong-item report we will, at our discretion, send a free replacement or refund the item value; we arrange and pay for that DOA replacement leg.

Reports made after 48 hours, or without the unboxing evidence, cannot be accepted for transit damage — once that window passes there is no reliable way to establish the item’s condition on despatch or delivery.

4. No change-of-mind returns

Because these are electrical components whose condition and safety cannot be re-verified once opened or installed, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or buy-back on accessories and spare parts. Please order carefully, and ask us first if you are unsure of the right part.

5. Not covered

• Normal wear, consumption or ageing of consumable parts.
• Damage from incorrect installation, wrong voltage or polarity, overload, water ingress, tampering, or use outside the item’s rated specification.
• Physical damage, misuse or mishandling after the item has been accepted.
• Compatibility with third-party equipment not confirmed by us in writing.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules made under it. Where the law gives you a remedy for goods that are defective or not as described, that remedy applies regardless of the clauses above. Group Entities — Uniform Application

MuscleGrid operates through a group of affiliated firms. This document is issued by MuscleGrid Industries Private Limited and applies uniformly across the MuscleGrid group — including, without limitation, MuscleGrid Industries (Gurgaon), SPV Industries, and Electronics Bay — wherever any of these firms manufactures, bills, fulfils or services your order.

Where your tax invoice, warranty card or shipment is issued by or through an affiliated group firm, references in these documents to “MuscleGrid”, “we”, “us” or “our” include that firm, and the same policies, terms and protections apply in full. The entity named on your tax invoice is your contracting party for that transaction; policy administration, warranty service and customer support remain centralized with MuscleGrid at [email protected].
