Buy MuscleGrid servo voltage stabilizers direct — 2 kVA to 30 kVA, single and three phase, air and oil cooled. 140V–270V input held to 230V ±1%. Built to order in India. Every unit is wound and tested at our own factory, sold direct with a GST invoice and backed by our service team — not a reseller.
Naturally cooled toroidal servo stabilizers for homes, shops and small workshops. Compact, silent and maintenance-free — nothing to top up, ever.

Oil-immersed windings shed heat far better than air, so these hold rated load continuously in hot weather and in dusty industrial air. The choice for long duty cycles.

Three phase 400V servo stabilizers for factories, cold storage, lifts, CNC and farm pump sets. Independent phase correction across a 240V–470V input swing.

The premium line. Copper windings conduct better than aluminium, so the unit runs cooler, wastes less energy as heat and carries motor starting surges better at the same rating.

Copper windings inside an oil-cooled tank — the longest-life single phase build we make, for continuous industrial duty in hot and dusty conditions.

Copper-wound three phase servo stabilizers for the heaviest continuous plant loads, where every percent of efficiency and every degree of winding temperature matters.

A normal relay stabilizer jumps between fixed taps, so the output moves in steps of 10–15 volts. A servo stabilizer drives a motorised variable transformer and holds the output continuously within about ±1%. For motors, CNC, medical and lab equipment that difference matters.
Air cooled is right for homes, shops and intermittent loads up to about 15 kVA. Choose oil cooled if the unit will run near full load for hours, sits in a hot or dusty room, or is above 15 kVA. Oil cooled runs cooler and lasts longer under continuous duty.
No. Transformer oil is not shipped with the unit — it is heavy and classed as hazardous for transport. It is cheap and available in every electrical market; your electrician fills it at installation.
Every servo is built to order, so handling time is 7 days before dispatch. Transit is usually 3–7 days more depending on your pin code. Larger units move by surface freight.
Installation is done by a local electrician — it is a straightforward mains connection. Our engineers guide your electrician free of charge over a video call, and we support the unit for the full warranty period.
Single phase units correct a 140V–270V input to 230V ±1%. Three phase units correct 240V–470V to 400V ±1%. Wider input bands can be built to order — send us your site voltage readings and we will quote.
